Roller Leveler Machine Description：

Parameters of 300 series leveling machines (suitable for thick plates)

Roller diameter (mm): Φ300mm

Width (mm): 1300, 1600, 2100 ,2600,3100 etc. (customizable according to product requirements)

Number of rollers: upper 4 + 5 lower = 9 rollers

Rated plate thickness for full width: 20.0-40.0mm

Maximum plate thickness : 80mm

Minimum leveling length: 600mm (can not below twice of the roller diameter)

Leveling speed: 0-10m/min

Leveling accuracy: ≤ 0.3mm/㎡（final accuracy subject to equipment testing)
